Vinyasa flow combines movement (asana) with breath (pranayama). This practice may include sun salutations, standing postures, and balancing poses. Traditionally, there is no set sequence, so teachers have more freedom to infuse their own personal styles into the practice. Vinyasa flow classes build strength, flexibility, and balance.
Yin Yang Flow
Yin Yang Flow is a blend of fluid standing and floor yoga poses that loosen the muscles, lubricate the joints, and invigorate your entire system; followed by penetrating stillness through extended holds in yoga poses, that enter the deeper layers of muscles, tendons and fascia. Through this practice, you can increase strength and flexibility!
Hot Pilates is a training system that combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training (HIIT) performed in a heated room. It creates a strong core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. The high intensity interval training keeps your heart rate up, helping you burn fat. The Pilates principles sculpt your body, creating long lean muscle mass. The heat loosens up the muscles quickly, and the humidity makes you sweat elevating your heart rate, boosting metabolism, burning calories, and promoting detoxification.
Yoga Sculpt is a high-intensity, dynamic yoga practice that incorporates resistance interval training and cardiovascular exercise into traditional vinyasa yoga sequences. Yogis use their own bodyweight, small hand weights, and blocks to deepen the power of their yoga practice while chiseling their body into shape.
Yoga Sculpt gets the blood pumping and the breath flowing, burns an incredible amount of calories and provides a full body workout that focuses on strengthening, lengthening, balancing and fortifying from the outside in.
Hot 26 Plus
Hot 26 is an amazing yoga class created around the traditional Origina Hot Yoga 26&2 Series - with an added flair. This class allows practitioners to grow and evolve their practice at their own pace. Class is set to music and the instructor practices with you. In the second set, variations are offered so students can get creative and explore, with options to do easier or more challenging poses if desired. This class is for all levels and a super fun way to get your yoga therapy in.
All classes are practiced in 90-95 degree heat and 40-45% humidity.
