Expect to get super sweaty yet feel exhilaration in our Hot Power Yoga classes. This detoxing, rigorous yet accessible practice is unique in that each instructor brings his or her own interpretation of a heated practice. Hot power classes incorporate traditional yoga postures combined with total body strength, flexibility and awareness. This class is practiced at a temperature of 95 degrees.
For over 15 years, yoga for me has been a creative outlet, a release, a way to build a stronger body and more peaceful mind, fun, and without realizing it, a journey in self-awareness. With the encouragement of my family, I left a career in the financial industry with the promise to myself I would pursue other interests and spend more time on my mat. Always interested in reading about yoga, attending any workshop I could get my hands on, and inspired by teachers I have met over the years, I decided to become a teacher. I received my 200hr teaching certification and completed a mentoring program thereafter. Teaching has helped me to become more aware to the guidance within.
Using a practice incorporating both elements of power and flow, my focus as a teacher is to help students deepen their inner strength and connection with their mind, body and breath. I am privileged to share my passion.
