Tuesday | Gina Marciano

Class Temp:Warm  9:30 - 10:45

Vinyasa flow combines movement (asana) with breath (pranayama). This practice may include sun salutations, standing postures, and balancing poses. Traditionally, there is no set sequence, so teachers have more freedom to infuse their own personal styles into the practice. Vinyasa flow classes build strength, flexibility, and balance.

Gina has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 10 years and is the current Director for Shri's Yoga Alliance Certified Registered Yoga Teacher Training program as well as the former Director of Teacher Training at the Madison Improvement Club in Phoenix, Arizona.

A former dancer with a passion for expression through movement, Gina teaches inspiring and high energy flow classes and enjoys combining her knowledge of alignment with both fluid and dynamic sequences.

Gina has a passion for helping students find balance and feel radiant. For Gina, the yoga mat is a playground; it is a place where she can be completely herself, where she can unwind and relax, and where she can have fun while learning new things. She can’t wait to share her knowledge, experience, and joy with students at Shri.

Testimonial: "Gina's classes consistently feature unique, fresh, and creative sequencing. Her music is cool and vibrant. Her classes are challenging but still create opportunities for a deeply meditative connection with breath and dristi."
