Jill began practicing yoga as a college student and has been teaching since 2009. The physical practice (asana) has helped her through many stages of her life; from academic stress, to dealing with anxiety, to relieving aches and pains during pregnancy, nursing and chasing a toddler. Breath work (pranayama) and meditation have played significant roles during this transitional time. Jill is due with her second baby boy in May.
Nicole has been practicing yoga since 2002 as a means for physical healing and teaching students from all walks of life since 2009. Nicole's classes focus on linking breath with movement and learning to listen to the body's needs. She challenges each student to explore the amazing possibilities yoga can offer throughout all of life's phases. In addition, Nicole is a licensed psychotherapist and mom to her daughter and soon-to-be twin boys. She loves practicing yoga pregnant, with her daughter, and using breathwork to manage all of the difficulties and gratitudes that come with motherhood.
