Start the new season with a treat for yourself! Join us Monday from 9-10:15 or Saturday from 8:15-9:15 as Peggy Talbot guides you through a calming yet invigorating not hot Vinyasa flow.
During each class, Peggy will teach you how to build strength and breath control to help you master longer holds, standing poses, and lower body conditioning. She'll also help connect your mind, body, and soul through guided deep breathing that will leave you feeling at peace and rejuvenated.
