When a decade of meditation practice meets years of fitness and personal training, the result is Josh's yoga practice. With a focus on developing the connection between body and mind, Josh integrates his meditation background into many of the physical aspects of his classes. Josh loves to focus on the small details of the practice, especially when it comes to his favorite poses: arm balances and inversions! You can expect to explore many aspects of strength on the way to finding confidence on your hands.
Josh believes a dedicated yoga practice is a key component towards peak physical performance, injury prevention, and peace of mind. An integral part of The Athlete Practice, an elite group of teachers in partnership with the athletics departments of Northwestern University and UIC, Josh has trained a wide range of collegiate athletes. Josh brings more than 1500 hours of experience with him as he guides high performance athletes through a specialized yoga practice.
